本节目是由浙江卫视倾力打造的以明星夫妻为对象的真人秀综艺节目。第一季请到了三对夫妇，分别是张智霖与袁咏仪、田亮与叶一茜、赫子铭与何洁，而来自韩国的多栖发展的艺人金希澈（김희철）担任向导和主持人。明星夫妇们首站来到韩国首尔，他们不仅要完成节目组准备的各种难题和挑战，还要在异国他乡放下明星的光环，通过打工赚取生活费。在此过程中，夫妻间不仅需要同力合作，三个家庭也要彼此帮衬，共同完成各种花样百出的任务。他们跨越了语言、文化上的障碍，在巩固夫妻感情的同时，建立其深厚的友谊，对爱情、亲情、友情的含义也有了更深的感悟。
